Generating Podcast Episodes

Transforming a text document into an audio episode is a simple process.

Prerequisites

• Processing Complete: Ensure your document has finished processing in the Library. If the status is still "Processing," the audio generator cannot read the text yet.

• Check Limits: Free accounts have a limit on how many episodes can be generated per month. Pro accounts offer unlimited generation.

Step-by-Step Generation

1. Navigate to the Podcasts tab in your course sidebar.

2. Click the + Generate Podcast (or "Create from Document") button.

3. Select Source: A list of your available documents will appear. Select the specific lecture or note file you want to convert.

4. (Optional) Select Scope: If you only want to listen to a specific chapter, you can often select specific page ranges.

5. Click Generate.

Processing Time

The AI needs time to convert text to speech.

• Short documents (1–5 pages) usually take less than a minute.

• Long scripts (50+ pages) may take several minutes.

• You will receive a notification when your episode is ready to play.
