Troubleshooting Chat Issues

If the AI Tutor isn't responding as expected, try these quick fixes.

The AI says "I Couldn’t find any information"

• Check Context: Did you select the correct file in the sources menu? If no file is checked, the AI has no information to work with.

• Check Processing: Navigate to your Library. If a file is still "Processing," the AI cannot read it yet. Wait for it to finish.

The answers are vague

• Refine the Prompt: Try asking a more specific question.

• Re-upload with Advanced Extraction: If your PDF is an image scan or contains complex charts, re-upload it using the Advanced Extraction option to help the AI "see" the content better.

I can't find my old chat

• Click the Open chat button (folder icon) on the main AI Chat screen.

• Scroll through the history list. Chats are auto-saved based on the date and the first question you asked.
