Podcast Player Features

The audio player gives you full control over how you consume your content, allowing you to speed through easy topics or slow down for complex ones.

Playback Controls

• Play/Pause: Toggle playback.

• Skip (10s/30s): Quickly jump back 10 seconds to hear a sentence again, or skip forward 30 seconds to bypass intros or known info.

• Progress Bar: distinct visual slider showing your current position. Drag the handle to seek to any part of the lecture.

Speed Settings (Critical for Study)

Adjust the speed to match your learning pace:

• 0.5x: Decreases the audio speed by 50%.

• 0.75x: Slows down the speech. Perfect for complex subjects or non-native language speakers.

• 1.0x: Default natural speed.

• 1.25x - 1.5x: Accelerated speed. Ideal for reviewing content you already know or getting through long lectures quickly.

Queue & Navigation

• Auto-Play: If you have multiple episodes in a playlist, enabling auto-play will start the next track immediately after the current one finishes.

• Episode List: Within the player, you can see a list of other episodes to quickly switch topics without going back to the main menu.
